How This Works

Current Tasks

Tasks in the Current Tasks tab are live and visible to volunteers on the Volunteer Hub. Anyone visiting the site can see and sign up for these tasks.

Archived Tasks

Archived tasks are hidden from volunteers and will not appear on the Volunteer Hub. Use archiving for tasks that are completed, cancelled, or no longer needed.

Deleting a Task

To permanently delete a task, you must archive it first. Once archived, a Delete button will appear. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Editing a Task

Click Edit on any current task to update its details. Changes are saved immediately when you click Save.
